Keto Muffins with Double Chocolate Chips

Here is a simple recipe of Keto Double Chocolate Chips Muffins 



    • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/3 cup Artificial sweetener (Stevia)
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil or Butter
    • 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1/4 cup Cream
    • 2 tbsp. Choco Chips

Preheat the oven to 350 Celsius. Combine all the dry ingredients, followed by the wet ingredients. Mix it well using a spatula to form a batter. Then lastly, put the chocolate chips. You can add more chocolate chips if you want. Bake it for 30 minutes. Enjoy!



This recipe is easy to do and tastes so good. So, I decided to go on a low carb diet, that is why I have to avoid foods which include pastries. I've been looking for an alternative recipe for pastries that are gluten-free and this one I found on YouTube. Here is the recipe.
