Best Keto Pancakes Coconut flour


I've been looking for a recipe with coconut flour because I am trying to avoid other pastries with gluten, and I found one on YouTube and tried it.  I am satisfied because it is tasty, even without syrup or butter. You can try it too.

Here are the ingredients for the batter:

    • 3 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
    • 1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
    • 2 Tbsp of sugar (stevia) depending on your preference
    • 1 Egg (beaten)
    • 2 Tbsp All Purpose Cream
    • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then, combine the mixture to make a batter.  You can make 8 mini pancakes on this recipe.

I can finish off all the pancakes, but since I am monitoring my calories, I just ate 3 pancakes. I left the others on the table, and when I went back, it was all gone. My mom ate it, and she also liked the pancakes. If you follow a certain diet like Keto or Low Carb diet, you can add this on your menu. It is very easy to make and tastes really good.
