1. Perfect Skin Rejuvenating Set
I started using Perfect Skin last April of 2020 when I saw my previous colleagues post about this brand. I didn't use any rejuvenating set for three years because my skin is even more sensitive after using Dr Alvin’s Rejuvenating Set. Since then, I only use Eskinol with clindamycin on my face as a toner. Sometimes, I also use RDL astringent to exfoliate my skin though it didn't give me a better result. So when I first tried the Perfect Skin, there is no sting sensation on my face. I thought it is not working because it feels different from Dr Alvins rejuvenating set so I continue to use it and thought it will not harm my face since it is mild. I also notice some of my acnes are getting dry. Eventually, I noticed that my skin is peeling off. The micro peeling effect is visible. I still have small bumps but they disappeared after a few days. So I guess this is the effect of Perfect Skin on me. What I like about it is that the toner is mild, the sunblock gives you a pinkish glow that you don’t have to put any powder on your face because it will make you look whiter. After a month of using it, I feel satisfied because It lessens my pimples and lightens some acne marks. It is one of the most affordable rejuvenating sets in the market for only P180.

However, I noticed that a week after, my acne started to show up and this time they are bigger than before. I researched online to check if I can use rejuvenating set even if it is just a week. I watched a YouTuber and he said that according to his derma, it is safe to use it again after three days or a week of rest. So I use it again after a week but I noticed that the effect is not the same as before. My acnes are popping out and adding up as I use them so I decided to stop using rejuvenating set because I am not happy anymore with the result. I guess it is not really about the product but my skin reaction. Somehow, the product is no longer effective to me. On the other hand, the sunblock cream is good. It is lightweight on the skin. This brand is good for first timers. The product is mild and it doesn't peel that much.

2. Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating Set
After a couple of months of stopping the use of the rejuvenating set, I started searching again because my acnes are getting uncontrollable. I saw a friend on Facebook who used this, and it improved her skin. She is also prone to acne because of PCOS. So I bought one set on Lazada for P280, the shipping is free. After three days I got it, and I checked each item if it is authentic. And I can say it is, besides I also read the reviews on the shop and most of her feedback is very good. That night I started using the set. At first, after applying the toner, I felt that it is penetrating my skin, but it is a bit harsh. You can sense that the toner is quite strong. The night cream is thick and heavy though it can be easily spread onto the face, while the sunblock cream is lightweight and very easy to apply on your skin. It has no white cast but will leave you with glass skin.
After a few days of using it, I felt that my skin was reacting to it and slowly peeling but not that much. Also, it began to get irritated and itchy especially, when I wash my face with soap, I can’t stand it. I immediately rinse with water. After that, I wait for a few minutes before I put in a small amount of toner. Sometimes I can’t help it that I put some ice or moisturizer to stop the irritation. But when the irritation becomes unbearable, I stopped using it for three days to rest my face from exfoliation. After three days, I continued. That time the irritation becomes lesser and I noticed that there was already an improvement on my skin. My acne dried, lesser, then eventually gone. The experience of using the Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating for a month will give you a satisfying result. But then, the journey is not that easy. If you are a first-timer, you might feel uncomfortable when you are on the peeling and redness stage. The result and reaction will depend on your skin type. If you want to make sure, always consult your dermatologist and ask if this is suitable for you. It will also prevent further problems with your skin.
The effect of the Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating set when it comes to having a glowing and clear skin is achievable, I like it. On the other hand, I noticed that after I stopped using it my acnes are coming back and my pores are enlarged.
3. Ryx Poreless Maintainance Set
From my previous article, I mentioned that I used the Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating Set which gave me a good result. So I was looking for a product that I can use for maintenance of my pores and as much as possible without a whitening effect. There are lots of products online and also on Tiktok. And because many sellers are promoting the product of Ryx on Tiktok, I checked their products and saw this Poreless Maintenance Set which I thought I wanted. I bought it over a month ago on Shopee which came with nice packaging. Each product was sealed and has a manufacturing date. I like that they put the creams in a tube because it will make it easier to apply on the face.
That night, I immediately tried the cleanser. It has a floral scent that is a bit strong for me and I didn't like it. The cleanser is just like water no bubbles even when you lather it. After washing my face, I didn't feel anything it is really like scented water.
After that, I use toner and surprisingly, it has the same floral smell as the cleanser. It was clear when I applied it I didn't feel any sting on my face. So I thought it is not harsh on my skin. I followed it with the night cream. The texture is like a clear gel cream and very easy to apply. On the other hand, the day cream is white in texture but very light on the skin. I continue the routine after a week, I was disappointed with the effect of this product on my skin.
Few days after using it, I noticed that I am having small pimples on my forehead and chin. At first, I thought it was only an initial reaction so, I just let it and continue using the product for another week. However, as days went by, I am having big bumps on my cheeks, and honestly, I didn't see any good results on my pores. My skin looks dry and dull. I was disappointed. Maybe it is also because I expected so much about this brand since they flex it on Tiktok every day. So I decided to discontinue the product because I don' see any good results. So far, this is the product that didn't work for me, but I also would like to try their Clearbomb and see if it is effective.
